1. What equipment is selected for grinding bentonite into powder?
Bentonite can be used to make feed or additives, and the fineness of the finished bentonite should be below 200 mesh, which can be met by vertical and Raymond mills. Bentonite powder production is generally divided into four types: coarse powder processing (0-3mm), fine powder processing (20-400 mesh), ultrafine powder processing (400-1250 mesh), and micro powder processing (1250-3250 mesh).
Phase 1: Crushing
Use a crusher to crush the bulk bentonite to a grindable feed fineness (15mm-50mm).
Phase 2: Grinding
The small pieces of crushed bentonite are fed into the silo by a hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by a vibrating feeder for grinding.
Stage 3: Grading
The ground bentonite powder is classified by a classifier, and the unqualified powder is returned to the main mill for further grinding after being classified by the classifier.
Stage 4: Powder Harvesting
Bentonite powder with appropriate fineness enters the dust collector through a pipeline with the airflow for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is transported to the finished product warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then packaged by the powder tanker or automatic packaging machine.
2. Working principle:
The electric motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through a reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding plate from the feed inlet, while hot air enters the grinding chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collect in the powder collection device, which is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
