Description
HVM vertical mill is a new energy-saving product launched by our company to solve the technical problems of low output and high energy consumption of industrial mills. The pulverizer is a kind of pulverizing equipment integrating drying, grinding and powder selection. It is widely used in coal chemical industry, thermal power, steel, non-metallic ore grinding and other fields.
The main mineral composition of limestone is calcite. Mineral particles and crystal structures are rare, with smooth surface and small particles.
The colors are black, gray, white, yellow and brown. Limestone is named because it contains lime formed by seawater. Its main component is calcium carbonate. Lime includes quicklime and hydrated lime. The main component of quicklime is CaO, which is generally blocky, pure white, and light gray or light yellow when containing impurities. Quicklime absorbs moisture or adds water to become hydrated lime, which is also called hydrated lime. Its main component is Ca (OH) 2. Hydrated lime is prepared into lime slurry, lime paste, lime mortar, etc., and used as coating material and brick and tile adhesive.

Working principle: the motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed port, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

ADVANTAGE
1. High grinding efficiency and low operation cost.
A. The vertical mill uses the material layer grinding principle to grind materials, which has low energy consumption. The power consumption of the grinding system is 40-50% lower than that of the ball mill, and with the increase of raw material moisture, the power saving effect is more significant.

The vertical mill integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection and transportation. It does not need additional drying, powder selection, lifting and other equipment. The dust bearing gas from the mill can be directly collected by the high-density bag filter or electric dust collector. The layout is compact and can be arranged in the open air. The building area is about 70% of the ball milling system, and the building space is about 50-60% of the ball milling system. Therefore, the process flow of vertical mill is simple, and the occupied area and space are small, which makes the construction cost low.
3. The equipment is environmentally friendly, with low noise, less dust and clean operating environment
During the operation of the vertical mill, the grinding roller and the grinding disc do not contact directly, and there is no metal impact sound of steel balls colliding with each other in the ball mill and steel balls colliding with the lining plate, so the noise is low, 20~25 decibels lower than that of the ball mill. In addition, the vertical mill adopts a fully sealed system. The system operates under negative pressure, without raising dust, and the environment is clean.
